Day Care Program

We at C&C Healthcare aims to provide you and your loved ones the opportunity to participate fully in special events and activities that further enrich daily life. Our specially selected elite caregivers will serve as your concierge as you engage yourself in various cultural and charitable activities and other events.

Check-In Program

C&C Healthcare staff does a weekly check-in service to ensure that you are at your optimum health and safety. We regularly check your health status as well as your caregiver’s performance to make sure that all your needs are well-assisted, whether it’s a few hours to 24-hours a day or 7 days a week.

Mobility Program

C&C Healthcare knows how fundamental mobility is in our daily activities and in understanding the overall well-being of each person. As such, we provide programs to help improve the mobility of older adults. We start by changing physical environments and creating unique integrated interventions across various disciplines.

Physical Activity Program

Strong evidence shows that regular physical activity is safe and reduces the risk of falls among older adults. Older adults at risk of falling should do exercises that maintain or improve their balance. For best results, they should do these exercises at least 3 days a week from a program shown to reduce falls.

For example:

  • 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (i.e., brisk walking) every week and muscle-strengthening exercises for at least 2 days a week, which will work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms).
  • 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes) of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity (i.e., jogging or running) every week and muscle-strengthening exercises for 2 or more days a week, which will work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms).
  • An equivalent mix of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening exercises for at least 2 days a week on major muscle groups.

Eating, at least, 5 different kinds of fruits and vegetables daily suffices your body’s nutrient needs, keeping you in normal weight and functioning actively and properly. A healthy meal helps avert all kinds of diseases, especially chronic ones like obesity, which can then lead to heart ailments, stroke, cancer, and arthritis.
